Nordic Walking takes fitness walking to a new level by adding poles to produce an incredible upper body workout. 
This workout increases your endurance, strengthens your core, arms, chest, back, buttocks, and legs improve your posture and flexibility and it takes stress off your ankle, knee, and hip joints.

Learn to nordic walk by attending our basic Nordic walking workout tour. It is an hour and a half workout including warm-up and cool-down/stretching. The actual walking time is usually around 45-50 minutes on either grass or asphalt. 

It is suitable for beginners and we will provide you with nordic walking poles.
